By purchasing or using Cullstack, you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language because we want you to actually read them. If anything is unclear, email legal@aviastone.com.

1. License grant

A Cullstack license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use Cullstack for personal or commercial purposes on the devices you own or control. The Free edition may be used on unlimited devices; paid editions (Standard and Pro) may be activated on up to three (3) devices. Cullstack is licensed on an annual term with perpetual use rights, as described in Section 3.

2. Trial and refunds

Every feature is available in a free 30-day trial, no credit card and no account, so you can fully evaluate Cullstack before buying. Because the trial is your risk-free evaluation, purchases are final.

That said, we want you happy with Cullstack: if you hit a genuine technical problem we can’t resolve, or your local consumer-protection law entitles you to a refund, email sales@aviastone.com with your license key and we’ll take care of it. Any other refunds are at our discretion.

3. Annual term, updates, and perpetual use rights

Cullstack is licensed annually. While your license is active, all updates released during your term are included. If you choose not to renew, your license converts to perpetual use of the last version released during your active term. We never disable it, and it continues to work without further updates. Because that version is no longer updated, we cannot guarantee that future operating-system releases will run it. Renewals are offered at a loyalty discount of 40% off the then-current list price for your tier, on the same terms for every customer regardless of the price at which the license was first purchased; if your license lapses for more than 30 days, renewing later starts again at full price. Support and fixes cover the current release and the one immediately preceding it.

4. Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer Cullstack. You may not remove license-validation mechanisms or use Cullstack in ways that violate applicable law. Studio / volume licensing is available, contact sales@aviastone.com.

5. No warranty

Cullstack is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. While we work hard to make Cullstack stable and reliable, particularly with large libraries, you are responsible for maintaining your own photo backups.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aviastone LLC's total liability arising from your use of Cullstack is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for any loss of data, lost photos, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted on this page and emailed to active licensees. Continued use of Cullstack after notice constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Virginia, except where applicable consumer protection law provides for local jurisdiction.
